Use.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the LoggLogg mobile application and related services provided by LoggLogg Ltd (“LoggLogg”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing or using LoggLogg, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the application.

1. About LoggLogg

LoggLogg is designed to make it quick and simple to create records connected with time, location and related information.

Depending on how you use the application, a record may include information such as:

LoggLogg is a documentation tool. It is not an official certification, verification authority or evidence service.

2. No account required

The current version of LoggLogg can be used without creating a LoggLogg account.

Unless otherwise stated within the application or our Privacy Policy, records created in the current version are stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for making any copies of information that you wish to retain.

Deleting the application, resetting or replacing your device, storage failure, operating-system actions or other technical events may result in locally stored information being lost.

3. Time information and trust indicators

LoggLogg may use network-based time information to help determine whether the time associated with a record can be treated as trusted.

Where trusted network time is unavailable, LoggLogg may allow a record to be created using the device’s available time.

In such circumstances, the application may display an indication that the time could not be treated as trusted.

Any trust or integrity indicator provided by LoggLogg is an informational product feature only.

It does not constitute:

A record originally created with an untrusted time indication is not made trustworthy merely because the device later reconnects to a network.

4. Location and address information

LoggLogg may use location information provided by your device, including GPS or similar location technologies.

Location accuracy can vary depending on circumstances such as:

LoggLogg is not an emergency service and should not be relied upon as a substitute for contacting emergency services, police, medical services or other appropriate authorities when immediate assistance is required.

8. Availability and accuracy

We work to make LoggLogg reliable, but no software or technical service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error.

LoggLogg, including its software, branding, name, logo, design, graphics, text and other original material, is owned by or licensed to LoggLogg Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use LoggLogg for lawful personal or business purposes.

11. App stores

If you download LoggLogg through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another authorised distribution platform, your use of that platform may also be subject to its own terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LoggLogg Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, LoggLogg.

We may restrict, suspend or discontinue access to LoggLogg or parts of the service where reasonably necessary, including for:
